Description

This is an opportunity to obtain an IMS Educational Fellowship Grant for the study of Myofascial Pain Syndrome with a skilled preceptor.

The level of funding will be $US  $2,000, $3,000, or $4,000.

Please copy these two forms and distribute the booklet to all potential applicants and preceptors. Notice that the neither the applicant nor the preceptor are required to be IMS members.
